Hi all,

Well it is a new year and a new school. This year will be challenging. The expectations at the high school level are much greater than they were at your middle school. You will be asked to do more, study harder, and produce quality work. I am happy that you have chosen Pioneer and I believe that your choice was a good one. We are a tough school be we are also fair. All of your teachers are dedicated to your success. I hope your years here at Pioneer will be good ones.

One thing I want to remind you of is that if you fail a test in my class I will often offer you the opportunity to correct your errors for a grade of "D"
